The busiest international gateway into Colombia is El Dorado International Airport which is situated around 15 km outside of the capital Bogota, although the country is also home to plenty more international airports including Jose Maria Cordova International Airport near Medellin and Palmaseca International Airport close to the city of Cali. If you are looking to travel from the UAE to Colombia you won’t be able to make the journey directly – however, a number of its airports are reachable with only a single transfer from the UAE, especially El Dorado International Airport which has regular connections to a number of destinations including Amsterdam, Frankfurt and Istanbul.
