Arriving In The Falkland Islands
The only airport serving the Falkland Islands is RAF Mount Pleasant which is located around 50 km away from the capital Stanley. The airport only handles a small range of flights, so UAE nationals looking to fly to the Falkland Islands will not be able to make the journey directly and will have to make a stopover somewhere.
At the airport you will find a decent range of services and facilities to keep you happy including a couple of cafés and eateries on sites. When you have landed at the airport there are taxis available which can take you where you need to go, while there are also shuttle buses available which can take you into the capital Stanley.
