Paros National Airport, also known as New Paros Airport, is located around 10 km away from Parikia on the island of Paros in Greece. The airport currently handles regular flights from Athens alongside a few seasonal routes from European destinations. If you are looking to travel from the UAE to Paros you won’t be able to make the journey directly as there are no carriers offering direct flights. However, Paros National Airport has connections to Athens International Airport which enables UAE-based travelers to get to Paros with just one transfer. Paros National Airport is a very small airport offering only a limited range of facilities and amenities, so bring any essentials you will need for your trip with you. At the airport there is a snack bar so you won’t go hungry while you wait to board your flight, although other than this options at the airport are very limited. When you have touched down at the airport, you can find taxis available offering a fixed fare for a trip into Parikia or rent a car. Alternatively, if you are on a budget you can find public buses available and there are additional bus services available during the high season in the summer around the island.
