Both airports are served by regional connections as they do not have the facilities to accommodate larger aircraft, so most travelers flying to the British Virgin Islands will make a stopover somewhere first. Although many nationals including those from the EU are allowed to enter the British Virgin Islands on a visa free basis, UAE nationals traveling to the country will have to apply for a visa first. The weather in the country is warm all year round, with the hottest time of year falling between June and September which sees average highs exceeding 30 degrees. Rainfall is minimal and temperatures are cooler from January until April, so this will be the best time to visit if you want to avoid the rain. Despite being an official overseas territory of the UK, the official currency of the British Virgin Islands is the US dollar so make sure you bring the right currency with you.
