We had a great time at the AMENG hotel in the heart of Changsha. The room was clean and featured everything we needed including a washing machine and a drying rack, and we had an amazing view over the city center, especially at night. The location is great with a nice shopping/restaurant area right at the ground level of the apartment complex. Overall we had a great time here!

因为是临时订房，要选有三个房间的，就刷到了这家，价格也很实惠，就立马订了，结果到店之后有大大的惊喜，房间布局非常好，布置的也很温馨，下次有机会还会选择这家的，要好好感受一下家庭影院的那种感觉

性价比很高，空调效果很好，客服小姐姐服务态度也很好，有问题也及时帮我们解决啦，一共订了两间房，都很不错，赞的！

先说优点：民宿环境很温馨。
缺点：墙皮脱落和泛黄的洗手池也不是不能忍，但是卫生好像不行。掀开被子有看到毛发，同时被子摸着有点潮湿，晚上睡觉会感觉皮肤痒。不知道是空调还是哪里，时不时的很大噪音，很大，影响睡觉的那种大。
再也不会来这家了，顺带所有民宿都让我避而远之。

您好，非常抱歉没让您拥有一次满意的住宿，民宿卫生方面我们是非常注重的，床上用品和洗漱用品我们是一客一换，毛发可能是洗涤过程不小心疏漏，是我们的失责，之后我们会格外注意，您当时发现问题可以跟管家沟通立刻给您更换新的，我们非常重视您的反馈，我们去房间检查了，空调是好的，没有噪音哦。

非常不错 很绝绝子 管家也很好 去年也在这住的 楼下就有便利店 还有商场饭店 离地铁站也不远 下次还来
