Exelente place with lots of activities and thing to do very close to the center of the city the service is very good and one characteristic of this place I like the most is the common kitchen where you can prepare your own food

Small room, no TV, no hot shower, a lot of noise, dirty carpet

It was a shared bathroom but it did not have a hot shower, the room was very small and there was a television, there was loud music, you could not rest until 3 am... Also the carpet in the room was disgusting, too dirty... My experience was very bad

Our accommodation in Cuenca

We stayed in Cuenca for 2 nights at this hotel. We traveled as 2 couples, each one took a private room with a bathroom. Both rooms were excellent. Breakfast was very good too. The hotel is located on Calle Larga, this street is quite busy at night and is close to the historic center. The breakfast staff was very friendly and always had a smile on their face.
The only thing I didn't like was that the hair dryer in my room was damaged and the reception didn't offer me a solution. It was quite uncomfortable sleeping with wet hair. Other than that, the experience was very good.
I would stay again.

Love the vibe!

The vibe is truly unique, and there is enough to explore inside and outside of the property. You can enjoy a wonderful meal on the outside roof terrace, and you are within a minutes' walk of the city centre. I would definitely come here again when visiting Cuenca!

Overall Great Hostel - but noisy on the weekends

Overall, this was a really great, affordable, and centrally located hostel. However, there were a few downsides. To start with the pros, the location of this hostel is excellent. It is walking distance to the main Plaza De San Francisco, and on a centrally located Main Street. The location is very safe, and I never felt unsafe despite traveling solo. There are also many wonderful facilities, like yoga, breakfast, great wifi, a coworking space, and a masseuse that they can bring in. The wifi was fast and worked throughout the hostel without a hitch. The main con of this hostel is that it is extremely loud on the weekends. Expect to hear loud club music from around 9:30pm-4:00am on the weekends. Luckily I had noise cancelling headphones, but even with that it was difficult to sleep. So if you like partying and don’t mind club music with loud bass clearly in your room late at night, then staying here on the weekends might be for you. Otherwise, I would highly recommend this hotel only for weeknight stays, because it was difficult to sleep with the noise. The showers also didn’t seem to get hot water. Other than that, it’s a really nice hostel, and all of the pros outweighed the cons for me.
