Nice but needs some co ordination improvement

Room nice atmosphere is nice and location is awesome. Services is perfect but there is lack of co ordination between bookings and front desk. We were stranded for 2 days as my key was not operating inspite of my information at front desk. TRT staff Rishi is very nice prompt. Rest is nice

Comfortable Experience at Radisson Red

Our experience at this hotel was amazing. The staff was really helpful and cooperative, especially Rishi Ji who assisted us on dining.

OUTSTANDING STAY

Outstanding Redisson RED. The staff if well trained and we'll behaved. They really following the concept of Cutomers satisfaction. Especially the staff with whom I interacted Mr. Kundan, Mr. Hemraj, Ms. Dhaka and their Head Mr. Gold, Restaurant Manager.
