Excellent stay – thank you Kat, Mark, and Sandra!

We had a wonderful 4-hour stay here to get some sleep between flights. The facilities are top-notch, but the service made it truly special. Kat, Mark, and Sandra were so kind, helpful, and competent. They made our short transit incredibly relaxing. 10/10!

Horrible!

I accidentally booked the wrong date. I contacted them within the hour that I made my booking and they were zero help. They took my money without giving me a refund or saving my paid hours for another visit. Horrible customer service. They basically stole my money. It was one hour after booking, they definitely could have tried to work something out. Don't waste your time. Use other sleeping pods or hotels in Doha

highly recommend for long layovers

I had a long layover and was so happy that I found Sleepover! The room/pod was comfortable and clean, and the bathrooms were well maintained. Really a perfect place to rest and recharge between flights! The staff was so amazing and helpful too. Thank you so much to Andrew for helping me, as well as Kath and Raki.
