Walk a little further and you will reach the Auditorio de Cuenca conference center and the old town’s Puente de San Pablo. The Fernando Zóbel train station is 8km away. NH Ciudad de Cuenca has 74 modern rooms finished with warm and comfortable décor. You may choose to stay in one of our connecting rooms which are perfect for families and large groups. Accessible rooms are also available. A delicious breakfast is served every morning and includes a large spread of fresh foods and beverages. The hotel restaurant is a cozy space filled with natural light where you can order one of our Mediterranean dishes made with fresh seasonal products. There is also a relaxing bar if you prefer to unwind with a drink. For a workout, head to our gym. If you are in Cuenca for business, we have six meeting rooms that can accommodate up to 400 people.

Comfortable and very clean hotel and located close to many services. Deserves to be renovated

We just stayed one night at the NH Ciudad de Cuenca hotel and our experience was satisfactory even if the property is a little old and deserves to be renovated soon. The room was comfortable, spacious just like the bathroom but on the other hand the ceiling certainly flakes due to humidity. The reception was very pleasant. Possibility to park in front of the hotel for free. Just a little regret that there is no kettle or coffee machine in the room to have a hot drink. We did not have breakfast. Hotel a little off-center in the historic center of Cuenca but yet located in a lively area with shops, supermarkets and services. I recommend the NH Ciudad de Cuenca.

Excellent quality, service, and amenities

I am Juan Marquinez Ramirez, I want to highlight the quality of the hotel in several aspects. Friendliness of the reception staff who are available for anything and any unforeseen event. Also highlight the quality of the buffet and the buffet staff. I recommend it for its value for money and especially for the service. It has a good location. So we will return without a doubt.

Excellent Hotel

Magnificent hotel and excellent service at the front desk, helping us with everything very kindly. The only thing missing is a pool, but everything else was excellent. It has underground parking that allowed us to park the car with total peace of mind and at a good price.

Great, very quiet; I would like to return again.

Very clean; the service staff is very friendly, and the cleaning is excellent. I like the area; it is very quiet as well.
