Dubai International Airport is ranked as one of the finest airports in the world known for its world-class shopping opportunities. During your time at the airport you can browse through a wide selection of designer and luxury shops or do some duty-free shopping, while there are also plenty of options available when it comes to dining and drinking. Other amenities available include free Wi-Fi and numerous airport lounges, while you can even catch up on some sleep in a sleeping pod. Once you have landed at the airport you can travel into central Dubai on the Dubai Metro from Terminal 1 or Terminal 3, or you can get to your destination by taxi outside any terminal. Alternatively, many travelers to the UAE rent a car.

Airport Information - Departing

Almaty International Airport is the main airport in Almaty and also Kazakhstan’s largest handling over 4 million passengers every year. The airport has two passenger terminals which are not well-connected so you will have to hop in a taxi in order to transfer between terminals. If you don’t want to drive or take a taxi to the airport then you will find there are local buses available that can take you to the airport. While you wait for your flight you can enjoy all of the basic amenities you would expect from an international airport including a few places to eat and drink as well as shops to pick up the essentials.

What to Expect in Dubai

In Dubai the weather is hot throughout the year so be prepared for plenty of sun and warm temperatures.
