Airport Information - Arriving

Dubai International Airport is the primary international gateway into Dubai and also the world’s busiest airport in terms of annual international passengers. The airport consists of three passenger terminals - while Terminal 1 and Terminal 3 are part of the Dubai Metro, Terminal 2 is linked to the rest of the airport by free shuttle bus. At the airport there is a huge range of shops with everything from designer brands and duty-free goods to basic travel essentials available. You can also choose from one of many places to eat and drink including high-end restaurants and fast food outlets. Once you have landed at the airport you can hop on the Dubai Metro network to reach central Dubai, while taxis are available at all hours of the day outside each terminal. Alternatively, you can consider renting a car in Dubai.

Airport Information - Departing

Dublin Airport is the busiest airport in Ireland serving around 28 million travelers annually. The airport is comprised of two passenger terminals, the newest of which is Terminal 2 which opened up in 2010. At the airport you will find everything you would need for an enjoyable stay including many different shops and various eateries, cafes and restaurants. It is possible to reach the airport by bus from central Dublin, while getting between terminals is quick and easy if you need to transfer.

What to Expect in Dubai

Be prepared for hot weather as it stays warm in Dubai throughout the year, especially during the summer when temperatures reach scorching highs during the day. If you want to avoid the hottest weather then the best time to visit is between November and March when temperatures are a lot cooler.
