In Ashgabat the main airport serving the city is Ashgabat International Airport, a new airport which was opened in 2016. If you are booking flights from Dubai to Ashgabat you can make the journey with either Flydubai or Turkmenistan Airlines. Be advised that all flights to Ashgabat depart from Dubai International Airport (DXB) and not Al Maktoum International Airport (DWC), Dubai’s secondary airport.
