There are also many different choices when it comes to dining and drinking with everything from high-end restaurants to convenient snacks and fast food available. Getting between the three passenger terminals at the airport is simple - if you need to travel between Terminals 1 and 3 you can hop on the Dubai Metro, while Terminal 2 is accessible with free shuttle buses.

Airport Information - Departing

Islamabad's main airport is Benazir Bhutto International Airport, the third largest airport in Pakistan. The airport consists of a single terminal that has recently been updated and renovated in 2015 to offer a wide selection of amenities and facilities. As well as duty free shopping, the airport offers many places to eat and drink so you can grab a bite to eat before traveling. Other amenities available at the airport include two lounges, the CIP Lounge and Rawal Lounge, which offer free Wi-Fi amongst other perks for a fee on the door.

What to Expect in Dubai

In Dubai you can expect the weather to be scorching hot during the day, although things cool down to pleasant temperatures in the evening. If you want to avoid the brunt of the heat then you may consider visiting between October and March when temperatures are a little cooler. The UAE permits many nationals to either enter visa-free or acquire a visa upon arrival, although nationals from Pakistan will need to obtain a visa before traveling in order to enter the country.
