Abu Dhabi International Airport is situated approximately 30 km from Abu Dhabi and ranks as the second busiest airport in the UAE. The airport is made up of three passenger terminals and is linked to the city of Abu Dhabi by bus. Alternatively, taxis are available at all hours of the day. Tribhuvan International Airport is situated only 6 km from Kathmandu and consists of two passenger terminals, with one terminal for international flights and the other for domestic operations. There are public buses serving the airport from Kathmandu and around the region if you are on a budget.
