We stayed at this hotels for two nights and had a very good experience. The hotel was clean and inviting. The staff were friendly and answered any questions we had. The complimentary warm cookies at check in was a nice touch. Our room was clean and comfortable. The amenities offered at this hotel such as the pool and the Starbucks are a nice added bonus. There was plenty of parking which was great. We would absolutely stay at this hotel again.

Terrible Service & Unhelpful Management at On-Site Starbucks

I had a terrible experience at the Starbucks located inside this hotel. My order was prepared incorrectly twice in a row. When I asked to speak with the manager on duty to resolve the issue, the individual was completely unable to communicate in or comprehend basic English. She simply kept repeating "okay" without understanding the situation or offering any solution.
When I formally reported this to management via email, I received a generic, dismissive response with zero accountability or actual corrective action.
Placing staff in managerial positions who lack basic communication and service standards—and then brushing off guest complaints—is a complete management failure. Extremely disappointed with the lack of hospitality and professionalism. Would not recommend.

We had to book this on short notice with our 3 granddaughters. The room with 2 queen beds and pullout couch was perfect. The rooms and hotel in general is very clean and the staff is excellent. The breakfast buffet was great to go to with the kids.

The room was very pleasant and clean. There was lots of daylight in the room during the day, which I enjoyed very much. The staff was excellent! Everyone from the cleaning staff to the desk staff, we’re so pleasant and friendly! I think that might stay could have been improved, with a free hot breakfast.

Lovely hotel.
Easy outdoor free parking within view of security cameras.
Upon checking we were offered chilled bottled water and warm cookies. They even had a jar of doggie biscuits at the check in desk.
Comfortable beds and renovated bathroom with heated floors! ❤️
Nice Crabtree & Evelyn toiletries.
We will be back!
