Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of USD 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. The swimming pool is seasonal (December to March) and is available from Monday to Sunday from 07:00 to 21:00 (except for Thursdays and Fridays as it closes 1 hour for maintenance).
