Always excellent!

Have been coming here with family for 3 years in a row and will keep on coming back.
The location and the service are amazing.
The staff is extremely attentive, reacting quickly to every need. Great yard for the kids to play as well as a barbecue area and about 40 meters away from the beach.

An awesome stay in a clean room with sea view

The room was recently renovated. I loved that it was super clean (they cleaned the room every morning). They have really nice garden with playground for kids. They also offer free sunbeds on the beach. The hosts are really nice and helpful. I highly recommend it for families with babies and/or small children. We even had sea view that we did not expect.
I think the only weak point is the WiFi as we did not have a good connection in the room (pretty standard for Nikiti), but outside it was working fine.

Sad that cannot give 5 stars!

I really wished to give 5 stars but wanted to be fair to other potential visitors...
So, what is good:
- Magdalena is an excellent host and together with the others works really very hard to make the customers happy.
- The private is a few steps away and sunbeds are included.
- The garden is beautiful.
- Location.
Nevertheless, there are some drawback too:
- Our apartment was facing the side street (new building) which can be very noisy, especially during the night. So, it is quite impossible to sleep with open door.
- No privacy on the balconies - any kind of visual barrier would be great.
- Beds are quite small.

Place for enjoy whit small children

Our studio was on sea side in a new part and it was excellent to stay in a quite part of Nikiti.
The equipment in studio was very new and they have everything what you need for beautifful holiday with small children. The yard is big with old threes and grass.
The manager Magdalena are very very helpful for everything you need. i am highly recommend.

Lovely place

I visited Nikiti in the end of May-begining of June 2017 and stayed in Karali Studios for seven days. The accomodation was excellent, a stylish studio apartment with one bed, a sofa and a bunk bed (for kids), a small very well equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and a big balcony with a lovely sea view. The apartment was very clean, nicely decorated and equipped to the very detail. The host, Magdalena, is a lovely person, always greats you with a big smile and is there to help you with anything you need.
