Hidden jungle Gem

A beautiful resort located in an excellent setting, offering all modern amenities. The staff is extremely courteous, helpful, and always ready to assist. The food is delicious and freshly prepared, with dishes customized to your preferences. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and truly value for money.
Surrounded by jungle, the hotel offers a unique experience—morning or evening walks around the property may even give you a chance to spot wildlife like a leopard. The Jhula Devi Temple is also conveniently located nearby. Overall, the resort offers great rooms, tasty food, and exceptional service. In the evenings, they also arrange a bonfire (chargeable), which adds to the overall experience.

Horrible experience

Probably the most horrible experience we have had on a holiday.
The staff treated us as if they didn’t want to serve us food or deal with us.
We literally had to pull chairs for ourselves. The cafe guy was the worst.

While the location, hotel & the hospitality were excellent, the plumbing, the beds etc need a lot of improvement. The water pressure was inadequate in room no 40. The positioning of the WC was very low in room nos 28, 29 & 23. Most of the guests had issues with lower back pain because of these reasons. The electrical wiring was not neatly done. There were sometimes huge insects in the rooms. The quality of food and service was excellent. The property is old but needs better maintenance.

Great experience at Hotel West View Ranikhet. Will highly recommend it to all.

Beautiful hotel full of flowers and scenic beauty. It was a sight to behold as soon as you entered. The food was delicious- both Indian and continental. The bread and butter pudding was just out of the world. Staff was extremely courteous and most co-operative. A beautiful place for anyone to unwind and truly enjoy nature.
