One Oaxaca

We found a cockroach and other bugs the next day in the room, as for the reception and breakfast service very good but the people who clean the rooms should be more careful, it smelled bad coming out of the elevator we were on the 2nd floor- -which is for members- and they should fumigate frequently.

This is a business-type hotel within easy walking to the center of the city -- about 15-20 minutes away by foot. It's a large, clean hotel, which sits very near the Ado bus terminal, so it's particularly convenient if you are traveling from/to another destination via Ado. The staff went out of their way to help me with a non-hotel-related problem I had, following up and corresponding with me regularly weeks after I had returned to the US. I was very impressed with the staff!

Pretty nice but the rooms are too small for someone in a wheelchair. We brought our grandma and used our travel wheelchair (smaller than a traditional one) and it was still hard to fit her around in the room. Other than that, everything else is good.

If you want to rest this hotel is not an option

Clean hotel, friendly staff. The bad? The micro bathroom, if you're someone big, won't be comfortable for you. The rock board walls between the rooms, you hear and even feel the vibrations of the next guest's cell phone. Too small the room
I don't really recommend it.
