Nice hotel two minutes from the beach

Lovely hotel, nice central location, 2 minutes walk from the beach. Nice and cute little pool. Rooms were spacious and industrial looking but basic and without hot water. Photos look better than in reality. Staircase to the rooms needs renovation.
