Lisbon Airport, also called Lisbon Portela Airport, is Lisbon's main airport and the busiest in Portugal serving over 20 million passengers annually. Emirates is the only airline operating direct flights from Dubai to Lisbon. All flights to Lisbon depart from Dubai International Airport, not to be confused with Al Maktoum International Airport, Dubai's second airport.

Lisbon Portela Airport is celebrated as one of the Europe’s finest airports. It has been nominated as Europe’s Leading Airport consecutively for 8 years. The airport is comprised of two passenger terminals which are linked together by a free shuttle bus service if you need to transfer. Terminal 1 is the main terminal at the airport handling most of its operations, while the newer Terminal 2 is primarily reserved for low-cost airlines. At the airport you will find all of the facilities and amenities you could possibly need including many shops to browse through and duty free shopping. The airport also offers a wide selection of places to eat and drink with everything from sit-down restaurants to convenient fast food and cafes available. There are a number of ways to reach the city of Lisbon from the airport once you have landed including on the Metro network or by public bus.

Airport Information - Departing

Dubai International Airport is comprised of three passenger terminals, two of which are connected to the Dubai Metro network which makes traveling to the airport quick and convenient. However, if you are flying out of Terminal 2 then you will need to hop on the free shuttle bus provided by the airport. Once you are at Dubai International Airport you will find a huge selection of amenities and facilities available with everything from designer stores, duty free shopping and high-end restaurants available. If you need to stay connected to the internet you can log on to the airport’s totally free Wi-Fi service, or you may want to wait for your flight somewhere more exclusive such as a luxurious airport lounge.
