Melbourne Airport

Melbourne Airport, known locally as Tullamarine Airport, is Australia’s second busiest airport serving the city of Melbourne. Situated 23km from the city center of Melbourne, the airport offers both domestic and international flights including routes to Abu Dhabi and Dubai with Etihad Airways and Emirates. Handling over 32 million travelers every year, Melbourne Airport is a hub for numerous airlines including Qantas and Virgin Australia.

Terminals at Melbourne Airport

Melbourne Airport is comprised of four passenger terminals. Terminal 1 is the base for domestic and regional operations, while Terminal 2 is utilized mostly for international flights. Both terminals have benefited from extensive renovation and expansion work over the decades to offer a wide selection of facilities and amenities. Terminal 3 is dedicated exclusively to flights operated by Virgin Australia, while Terminal 4 is the base of budget airlines flying out of the airport.
