Arriving In Israel
Ben Gurion Airport is the primary international gateway into Israel and the busiest airport serving the country situated around 20 km outside of Tel Aviv. The airport itself is comprised of two passenger terminals, with Terminal 3 handling international and long-haul routes. When you have landed at the airport, there are a number of ways to travel into the city including by bus, train or taxi. Inside the airport there are an excellent range of amenities including retail and duty-free shopping alongside plenty of cafés and restaurants. In addition to this, the airport offers complimentary Wi-Fi for travelers so you can easily get online.
If you are looking to book flights from the UAE to Israel, you will not be able to make the journey directly. However, Ben Gurion Airport has a number of connections to airports handling direct flights from the UAE, so travelers based in the UAE can make the trip with only a single stopover.

In Israel it stays relatively hot for most of the year, although over the winter it can get surprisingly cold and rainfall can be more frequent. Remember that Israel is two hours behind the UAE, so don’t forget to wind back your clocks when you have landed.
