Copenhagen’s many art galleries and museums can take weeks to fully explore and are the ideal starting point to experience the city up close. You can also find many unique and interesting buildings and landmarks such as the Rundetarn round tower and the idiosyncratic Black Diamond library. Festivals, cultural events and fairs are a favorite with both locals and visitors with a huge calendar of events each year such as the ten-day long Copenhagen Jazzfestival every July, so there will always be something interesting on no matter what time of year you visit.

Copenhagen Travel Information
As Denmark is part of the Schengen Area you don’t have to apply for a visa if you are a UAE national. Remember that Denmark does not use the Euro as its currency unlike the majority of EU member states, so you will need to change your money up to the Danish krone. Copenhagen is served by an excellent public transport network consisting of a metro system as well as trains and buses, so it is very easy to get around and explore the city. However, those who would rather have their own vehicle during their visit can find plenty of car rental agencies at Copenhagen airport.
