Cheap Flights from Abu Dhabi to London

It is possible to fly directly from Abu Dhabi to London. The two airlines providing direct flights from Abu Dhabi to London are British Airways and Etihad Airways. Both flights will arrive at London Heathrow Airport, the busiest airport in London.

Airport Information - Arriving

London Heathrow Airport is the UK’s busiest airport, situated less than 25 km from central London. Housed across four passenger terminals which are easy to transfer between, London Heathrow offers an extensive range of amenities and services. When your flight has arrived at the airport, there are several transportation options available to you. The fastest way into London is on the Heathrow Express train which will only take you 15 minutes, or you can hop on the London Underground metro instead. Alternatively, many international car rental agencies are available at the airport if you fancy renting your own vehicle.

While you wait for your flights at the airport there are many things to do to pass the time. Browse through the wide range of designer boutiques and retail stores or pick up some cheap duty-free goods. Abu Dhabi International Airport is housed across three passenger terminals and is situated approximately 30 km from Abu Dhabi. Local buses are available to reach the airport if you don’t want to take a taxi, while drivers will find extensive short- and long-term parking. You’ll find plenty to do at the airport to keep yourself occupied as you wait for your flight. There are numerous restaurants and fast food chains serving up all kinds of cuisine, or you can explore the designer and luxury brands, duty-free shopping areas and other retail stores. Alternatively, spend your time in comfort and luxury in one of the world-class airport lounges. You will also be able to connect to free Wi-Fi during your stay at the airport as well as enjoy other facilities like rest zones and spa centers.

There are lots of hotels in London catering for every budget. In London, the weather is a lot cooler than Abu Dhabi across the year, especially so over the winter when you will need proper winter clothing with you and an umbrella to cope with the frequent rain.
