Flynas

Flynas, previously known as Nas Air, is a Saudi Arabian airline headquartered in Riyadh primarily offering budget flights. The airline has two operating hubs at King Abdulaziz International Airport and King Khalid International Airport and offers flights to over 20 destinations including Abu Dhabi, Dubai International Airport and Sharjah. Founded in 2007 under the name of Nas Air, Flynas rebranded in 2013 and introduced a number of medium and long-haul routes in 2014.

How to Check In

Flynas offer a number of different ways for passengers to check-in for flights including over the web, by app or the traditional way at an airport check-in counter. Those checking in online can do so either on the airline’s website or through the Flynas mobile app. Online check-ins are available from all Saudi Arabian airports as well as Dubai from 48 hours up to 6 hours before flights. Checking in through the Flynas app issues a mobile boarding pass, or you can collect a paper boarding pass at the airport. Those wishing to check-in at the airport should be advised that counter are open from 5 hours up to 45 minutes before departure times.

Baggage Allowance and Fees

Passengers on Flynas flights are permitted to bring baggage to check-in as part of the fare, although how much you can bring depends on your cabin class. Those flying in Economy Class are able to check-in one bag up to 20kg, although Cairo and Khartoum flights have different allowances. Business travelers are permitted to bring two bags up to 25kg each to check-in. All bags must not exceed 75cm x 50cm x 33cm or an excess fee of 100AED* will apply. All passengers are also permitted to bring one item of hand baggage on board flights no heavier than 7kg or larger than 56cm x 36cm x 23cm.

Seating

Travelers have the option to fly Economy or upgrade to the comfort and luxury of Business Class. Those flying in Economy are afforded ample legroom, while travelers in Business Class can look forward to spacious legroom with a seat pitch of 48 inches. Passengers have the option to select a preferred seat during the Flynas booking process for a small additional fee.
