Glasgow International Airport is the second busiest airport in Scotland and is situated approximately 15 km from central Glasgow. The airport is set across two passenger terminals and offers an extensive range of facilities and services to keep travelers happy. Once you have arrived there are a few ways to reach your destination including by public bus, with a 24-hour bus service available from the airport into the city. Alternatively, taxis are readily available and you can also find plenty of car rental companies at Glasgow airport. There are many different restaurants, eateries and cafés open to travelers alongside extensive retail and duty-free shopping, while other luxuries are also available including free Wi-Fi for up to one hour and an on-site spa.

Airport Information - Departing

London Heathrow Airport is London’s busiest airport and also the busiest airport in Europe. It's comprised of four passenger terminals. Reaching the airport from central London is quickest on the Heathrow Express train which takes just 15 minutes, but you can also access the airport on the London Underground (Piccadilly Line) or by bus/coach. There are an excellent range of amenities available at the airport including many designer, duty-free and travel shops alongside a wide selection of restaurants and cafés. Plenty more amenities await travelers including free Wi-Fi access, several airport lounges and children’s play areas to keep the kids occupied.

London Gatwick Airport is London’s second busiest airport, comprised of two passenger terminals and located approximately 47 km from central London. You can reach the airport in around half an hour on the Gatwick Express train from central London, while there are also bus and coach services which will take a little longer. You’ll find everything you would need for an enjoyable experience at the airport including plenty of shops, duty-free areas and many cafés and eateries.

London Stansted Airport is the third busiest airport serving London. It's located around 70 km from the city and set within a single terminal. The quickest way to reach the airport is on the Stansted Express train service which will take around 45 minutes. There are plenty of duty-free and retail shops available on site if you need any last-minute things, while you can choose from a variety of dining and drinking spots to satisfy your appetite.

London City Airport is the closest airport to central London at just 7 km away which makes it a lot quicker to access. You can reach the airport directly on the London Underground network if you don’t want to drive or take a taxi. The airport consists of a relatively small single passenger terminal but offers everything you would expect including a choice of restaurants, cafés and bars along with a few travel shops.

London Luton Airport is situated around 45 km from central London and is housed within a single terminal. If you want to use public transport to reach the airport you can take the train from central London to Luton Parkway Station and catch the shuttle bus to the airport from there. The airport is home to all of the facilities you would need for a pleasant experience including plenty of cafés, fast food chains and other eateries as well as duty-free and retail shopping.

London Southend Airport is located approximately 60 km from London and is linked to the city by train, although there are also bus and coach services available if necessary. The airport is not particularly sizable but still offers everything you would expect. Along with a decent selection of cafés and eateries, you can find many different retail shops as well as duty-free shopping.
