Guarulhos International Airport is home to three passenger terminals and is located around 40 km from the city center of Sao Paulo. When you have arrived at the airport you have the option of hopping in a taxi or renting a car to reach your destination directly, although those on a budget may consider public transport with bus and metro services available. The airport itself is home to a wide range of restaurants and eateries, while you can also find extensive retail and duty-free shopping to pick up any last-minute travel essentials.

Madrid Airport is one of Europe’s largest airports comprised of four terminals which are all interconnected by a shuttle bus if you need to make a transfer. As the airport is only 10 km from Madrid a taxi journey is short and affordable, but you can also reach the airport by bus or on the metro line 8. You will find a huge array of shops to enjoy at the airport with everything from designer and luxury brands to duty-free shopping available. You can also benefit from free Wi-Fi during your stay or log into one of the many internet kiosks. What to Expect in Sao Paulo
The weather in Sao Paulo is warm throughout the course of the year, although the city does experience a rainy season between December and February. While many nationals including EU citizens are able to travel to Brazil without requiring a visa, currently UAE nationals will need to get a visa to enter the country as a visa waiver treaty between Brazil and the UAE has not yet been implemented.
