How to Check in

Passengers flying with Aeroflot are able to check-in online or utilize the self-service check-in machines available at numerous airports around the world.

Passengers wishing to use the self-service check-in machines should first check if they are available at your chosen airport. Online check-in is available 24 hours before your flight and closes 45 minutes before departure for most Aeroflot flights. Passengers can either receive their boarding pass to a mobile device or it can be printed out. Travelers should be advised that there is a surcharge of 41 AED* for converting an electronic ticket to a paper ticket.

Baggage Allowances and Fees

Those flying in Economy Class are allowed 23kg of baggage to check-in, whilst other passenger classes or entitled to 2 pieces of baggage up to 23kg each other than Business Class which permits 32kg per piece. Passengers are additionally permitted 1 item of hand luggage up to 10kg, with Business Class passengers entitled to 15kg. All items overweight will be subjected to additional charges which must be paid at the airport before boarding.


Aeroflot currently offer Economy, Comfort and Business Class tickets offering varying levels of service and amenities.
