Why Fly with Air Macau

How to Check in

Travelers catching flights with Air Macau have the option to check in over the web from your computer, but you will still need to visit an Air Macau check in counter at the airport in order to receive your boarding pass. During the online check in process you are able to select a preferred seat and print off a temporary boarding pass which will then need to be exchanged for a formal boarding pass at a check in counter. Alternatively, if you aren’t able to get online before your flight you can simply visit the check in counter and go through the process in person. Passengers will need to check in at least 2 hours before scheduled departures and counters close 40 minutes before flights.

Baggage Allowances and Fees

Air Macau allows passengers to bring baggage to check in as part of the fare in addition to hand baggage to take on board. In Economy Class you are allowed to check in up to 20kg of baggage, while in Business Class this is increased to 30kg. Those with excess baggage will be charged 1.5% of the fare each way per kilo, so make sure you pack correctly. All travelers are also entitled to bring one item of hand baggage on board no heavier than 7kg or larger than 56cm x 36cm x 23cm, as well as a personal item such as a briefcase or laptop under 4kg.

Air Macau flights offer a standard Economy Class in addition to a luxurious Business Class for those who like to fly in style. During the online check in process you are able to select a preferred seat at no additional cost. If you aren’t able to check in online you will automatically be allocated a seat upon checking in at the airport.
