The east coast of the country experiences heavy rainfall between November and February, while on the west coast rain is most frequent in September and October. Between the months of March and September most regions of the country stay relatively dry for those looking forward to exploring the natural terrain. Many airlines provide cheap flights to Malaysia all year round, although the busiest tourism season in the country tends to occur between June and August.
