Cairo International Airport is the primary airport serving Cairo and the busiest in Egypt located around 15 km from central Cairo. There are bus services running from the city to the airport for travelers on a budget. You’ll find everything you would need at the airport for a pleasant experience. If you fancy a meal or a quick bite there are plenty of eateries and food outlets open, while the airport also offers duty-free shopping, retail shopping and plenty of souvenir stores.
