Airport Information - Arriving
Amsterdam Schiphol Airport is a single passenger terminal. The airport offers a wide variety of things to do whether it’s designer stores and duty free shopping or places to eat and drink so you won’t be lacking in options. Once you have landed in Amsterdam the quickest way to reach the city from the airport is from Schiphol train station, with the journey only taking around 20 minutes. There are also numerous bus services from the airport and taxis are easily found right outside the terminal.
Airport Information - Departing
London City Airport is the most centrally located London airports, 7km from the city center. Getting to the airport is possible on the London Underground metro as it has its own Tube station, although its close proximity to London makes it just a short taxi trip away. Although the airport is relatively small you can still find a wide variety of amenities and facilities including various restaurants, bars and shops. The airport also has a luxurious airport lounge on-site where you can wait for your flight in comfort.

The weather in Amsterdam is fairly mild for most of the year, although remember to bring something warm over winter as temperatures can become very cold. There are lots of hotels in Amsterdam to suit all budgets.
