Citilink is an Indonesian low-cost airline and a subsidiary of Garuda Indonesia, the national airline of Indonesia. Citilink is based in Jakarta and its main hub is Juanda International Airport where it operates flights to over 30 destinations across Asia. Founded in 2001, Citilink has a fleet of 49 aircraft and is currently undergoing significant expansion plans that would boost its passenger capacity and number of routes offered including flights to Australia.

How to Check in

Travelers catching a flight with Citilink are able to check-in online from the convenience of your own home or hotel, or alternatively you can do things the traditional way by checking in at an airport counter. Those looking to check-in over the web can do so from 7 days up to 45 minutes before flights. If you opt to check-in at the airport, counters open 2 hours before departures and close 30 minutes before flights leave.

Baggage Allowances and Fees

Passengers flying with Citilink are allowed to bring baggage to check-in as part of the fare in addition to hand baggage to take on board. Those wishing to bring checked baggage are allowed up to 20kg and will need to pay excess baggage charges to bring more. In addition to checked baggage, all travelers are also permitted to bring one item of hand baggage up to 7kg and no larger than 56cm x 36cm x 23cm.
