Why Fly with Brussels Airlines

How to Check in

Passengers on Brussels Airlines flights are able to check-in in a number of different ways in order to suit your needs including online and mobile check-ins in addition to check-in machines and a regular airport check-in at a Brussels Airlines counter. Online check-ins are available from 24 hours up to 1 hour before scheduled departure times, although not all flights support this service. The airline also offers an automated check-in service where travelers are checked in to flights automatically and will receive a mobile boarding pass.

Baggage Allowances and Fees

Brussels Airlines permit travelers to bring baggage to check-in as part of the fare in most cases, although how much you are allowed will depend on your cabin class and flight destination. For example, those travelling within Europe on a Light&Relax or Flex&Fast fare can bring up to 23kg of baggage free of charge, while those in Bizz Class can bring 32kg. However, passengers on a Check&Go will need to pay either 60AED in advance or 135AED* at the airport if purchasing baggage to check-in. Any passenger bringing more baggage than your allowance will need to pay excess fees which will vary according to your destination.

During the check-in process there is the option to select a specific seat on board your flight. Just how much legroom you can enjoy will depend on your flight destination. Those on shorter flights are afforded an ample 30 inches of legroom, while on long-haul flights this is increased to 32-34 inches. Those flying in Business Class can look forward to generous legroom with a seat pitch of 42-45 inches.

Booking Fees

Booking fees will apply if purchasing flights with a credit card or PayPal - how much you will need to pay depends on your country of origin.
