Royal Nepal Airlines, also known simply as Nepal Airlines, is the flag carrier of Nepal offering flights to over 30 destinations both domestic and international including Dubai International AirportDubai and Doha Hamad International Airport. With its main hub at Tribhuvan International Airport, Royal Nepal Airlines has a fleet of 11 aircraft and has been operating flights since 1958. The parent company of the airline is the government of Nepal and its headquarters are in Kathmandu, the capital of Nepal.

Baggage Allowances and Fees

Passengers flying with Royal Nepal Airlines are entitled to bring baggage to check-in to the hold in addition to hand baggage to bring on board flights. For all flights except those to Hong Kong, travelers in Economy are allowed to bring checked baggage up to 30kg as part of the fare, reduced to 25kg on Hong Kong flights. Business Class passengers are allowed up to 40kg on most flights except those to Delhi, Bengaluru and Mumbai which allows up to 30kg. The airline also allows travelers to bring one item of hand baggage on board no heavier than 7kg. Any baggage that exceeds your allowance will be subject to excess baggage fees.

On Board Service

Royal Nepal Airlines flights offer a standard Economy Class as well as a premium Business Class for those looking for an improved flight experience. Economy passengers are served delicious meals and a range of drinks on board flights, while in Business Class travelers can enjoy a gourmet menu and various beverages.
