Airport information in France

Charles de Gaulle International Airport is the busiest airport in France located around 25 km from the center of Paris comprised of three passenger terminals. When you have touched down in Paris you can use public transport to reach the city by bus or train, although taxis are readily available and there are numerous car rental companies. The airport itself offers a wide range of amenities alongside its many shops and restaurants including free Wi-Fi so there’s plenty to do.

Nice Airport, known in full as Nice Cote d’Azur Airport, is only 6 km from the city center of Nice and is home to two passenger terminals, with Terminal 2 the base of most international flights. The airport is only a short taxi journey from Nice but there are also local buses available if you are on a budget and you can rent a car if you want to explore the Cote d’Azur in your own time. You will find everything you could possibly need at the airport in terms of restaurants and shops in addition to free Wi-Fi to surf the web.

Lyon-Saint Exupery Airport has three passenger terminals and offers a good range of amenities and services to keep travelers happy. The quickest way to travel into Lyon once you have landed is on the new Rhonexpress train service which takes just 30 minutes, although alternatives are available if you are on a budget.
