UAE nationals traveling to Saudi Arabia don’t need to worry about having a visa, although you will need to show a valid national ID card. The weather in the country is very hot on a similar level to the UAE with average temperatures exceeding 40 degrees during the summer months. However, temperatures can get surprisingly chilly at night over the winter months in some areas of the country, although you are unlikely to ever need a jacket. The currency used in Saudi Arabia is the Saudi riyal and the country is just an hour behind the UAE time zone.
