Precision Air

Precision Air is an airline from Tanzania headquartered in Dar es Salaam, the largest city in the country. The airline operates flights to 11 destinations primarily within Tanzania out of its main hub at Julius Nyerere International Airport. First established in 1993, the airline is part of an alliance with Linked TextKenya Airways and has a fleet of 9 aircraft. Precision Air also has codeshare agreements with leading airlines including Etihad Airways on the Abu Dhabi-Dar es Salaam route.

How to Check in

Passengers flying with Precision Air have the option to check-in online from the comfort of your own home or do things the old fashioned way by checking in at the airport. In order to check-in online you simply need to enter your PNR number as well as your full name to proceed, allowing you to skip the queues at the airport. If you are not able to access the web before flying, simply proceed to a Precision Air check-in counter at the airport to check-in.

Baggage Allowances and Fees

Precision Air allows travelers to bring baggage to check-in as part of the fare in addition to hand baggage to take on board. All travelers are entitled to bring one item up to 23kg to check-in on all routes. Those bringing excess baggage will be charged additional fees varying according to your route. In addition to checked baggage, all passengers are allowed to bring one item of hand baggage on board no heavier than 7kg or larger than 55cm x 38cm x 20cm.
