Why Fly with Ural Airlines

How to Check in

Travelers with Ural Airlines are able to check-in online to save time and beat the queues, or you can do things the old fashioned way at an airport counter. Those looking to check-in online are able to do so from 23 hours up to 4 hours before scheduled flights, although opening and closing times differ for charter, transit and multi-leg flights. Be advised that not all airports support online check-ins and you will need to print off a boarding pass. Alternatively, checking in at the airport is possible either at the counter or with a self-service kiosk from Domodedovo Airport. Check-in times vary according to your airport, although the airline advises that passengers arrive at least 3 hours before international flights and 90 minutes before domestic flights.

Baggage Allowances and Fees

Passengers catching Ural Airlines flights are entitled to bring baggage to check-in to the hold, although how much you can bring will depend on your cabin class. For Economy passengers, one bag up to 23kg is permitted, while those with a Business Lite fare are entitled to check-in one bag up to 32kg. Regular Business Class passengers are afforded additional baggage with a limit of two bags up to 32kg each, while those on a Promo fare are allowed one bag up to 10kg. As well as checked baggage, travelers are allowed to bring hand baggage on board. In Economy and Promo you can bring one item up to 5kg, while in Business Lite and Business this is increased to two items up to 15kg in total. Excess baggage fees depend on the weight of your bags and vary according to your destination.

Those flying with Ural Airlines have the option to purchase a seat for an additional fee during the check-in process. Buying a seat is priced at a flat rate of 250AED, although members of the Wings frequent flyer program are entitled to this privilege free of charge.
