Once you have landed at the airport there are several ways to reach central London and the surrounding area. The quickest way is on the Heathrow Express train service which will take just 15 minutes to reach central London, or you can hop on the London Underground instead. You will also be able to find taxis 24 hours a day or catch a local bus/coach service if you are on a budget. Also, there are several car rental agencies if you want to explore London or more of England by car. The airport itself offers a world-class range of amenities and services, so you can pass the time by browsing through the many retail, designer and duty-free shops or grab a bite to eat at a restaurant/café.

London Gatwick Airport is London’s second busiest airport, situated approximately 50 km from central London. The airport is made up of two passenger terminals and offers an excellent range of amenities and services. The quickest way from the airport into London is the Gatwick Express train which will only take around 30 minutes, but there are alternatives including buses, coaches and taxis.

London City Airport is made up of a single passenger terminal and is situated just 7 km from central London. If you don’t want to take a taxi when you arrive at the airport, there is a London Underground station which gives you access to the underground network. Although the airport is relatively small you can find a good range of amenities and services including a few bars and restaurants as well as essential travel shops.

London Luton Airport is located around 45 km from central London and is set within a single terminal complex.
