New York Newark Airport is New York’s second airport home to three passenger terminals. The airport is linked to central New York by the AirTrain Newark so you can easily journey into the city once you have touched down. You will find plenty of amenities at the airport such as shops, restaurants and cafes so you won’t be short on things to do, while the airport also provides complimentary Wi-Fi for up to 30 minutes.
New York LaGuardia Airport is primarily a domestic airport made up of four passenger terminals. The airport itself is large and offers plenty of amenities, while a comprehensive renovation and upgrade project to transform the airport’s facilities is underway and is scheduled to be complete in 2022. You can find everything you would need at the airport whether it’s a restaurant to enjoy a meal or shops to pick up last-minute essentials or gifts, while you can also benefit from free Wi-Fi for up to 30 minutes.

George Bush Intercontinental Airport is Houston’s primary airport comprised of five passenger terminals. Getting to the airport is possible by public transport as buses run from central Houston, while ample parking is available for those who will be driving. You can find all of the facilities you would expect at the airport including many places to eat and drink alongside duty free and retail shops. Travelers can also enjoy free Wi-Fi at the airport alongside other amenities such as airport lounges and even live music shows.
William P. Hobby Airport is a small airport mostly offering regional flights. Alongside a decent range of places to eat and drink, you can find a few retail and convenience stores to pick up any last-minute essentials. The airport also provides free Wi-Fi and has its own spa on-site where you can freshen up before boarding your flight.
What to Expect in New York
The climate in New York varies considerably depending on the time of year – over the summer you can expect highs of close to 30 degrees, but temperatures can drop rapidly over winter and snowfall usually occurs between December and February.
