Chiang Mai International Airport has two terminals - an International Terminal and a Domestic Terminal. Getting between the two terminals is easy if you need to transfer between flights as they are connected together so you can make the journey on foot. Although the airport is fairly small there are still a wide range of amenities and facilities to ensure you have a pleasant stay. You will find a number of restaurants and cafes available, most of which are located in the International Terminal, while the airport also offers duty free shopping and a range of other stores for all your needs.

Airport Information - Departing

Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport is the busiest airport in Thailand and is a fairly new airport having only opened up in 2006. At the airport there is a huge range of amenities and facilities available to travelers so you won’t be short on things to do. As well as many different stores and duty free shopping, there are numerous places to eat and drink whether it’s a restaurant to sit down with a meal or a café to have a quick snack. You can get to the airport from central Bangkok in around 25 minutes as it is connected to the Airport Rail Link network.

Don Mueang International Airport is the second airport in Bangkok that underwent a significant renovation project in 2007 just after Suvarnabhumi Airport took over as Bangkok’s primary airport. You will find everything you could possibly need at the airport whether its shops, restaurants or cafes. Those looking to use public transport can hop on a train to reach the airport, while there is also a free shuttle bus running to and from Suvarnabhumi Airport.
